A technical claims handler predominantly deals with the process from intimation through to settlement (including personal injury claims if applicable). A Technical Claims Handler deals with large loss claims, and a loss adjuster or claims investigator may also be involved. The technical claims handler deals with the relevant documentation, ensures that the process runs smoothly, that the insurance company settles in the correct manner, and that the client receives compensation as quickly as possible.
